Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 14 days after received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Goture will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
